Terms of Service - MintPages

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MintPages ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MintPages provides content page hosting and management tools for content creators and publishers. The Service allows users to create, publish, and manage content pages including articles, listicles, comparison pages, and landing pages. Users are solely responsible for their content and any monetization activities they choose to implement on their hosted pages.

Minty and AI Features

Minty is the Service's AI assistant. It can answer questions about your pages and results, and, once your team owner has accepted the MintPages AI Use Terms, change and build pages, write copy, draft page looks and make pictures for your team. New teams may receive a free first page and free page looks drafted from their answers at signup. Everything AI makes is marked as generated in the app. AI output can be wrong: you review it, and you're responsible for what you publish. Minty's Change and Build may be held on a live page until your team's compliance review is done.

Features That Act on Their Own

Some features keep working once you turn them on: results are sent to the destinations you connect as they happen; invoices and partner statements are drafted on the schedule you set; a page set to "Best performer" gradually favors the variation that is doing best, paced by its traffic; and Minty may draft copy for offers you import. You can see what each one did, change it and turn it off. You're responsible for the result.

Free MintPages Addresses

We may give your team a free address on a domain we own. It is ours to provide and withdraw: pages there show that they are hosted by MintPages, forms on them are not live for visitors, and we may remove a page or an address that is reported for abuse or breaks these Terms. The team owner can rename the address a limited number of times; an old name redirects to the new one for 90 days and is then held for 30 more days before anyone else can take it.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your password and account
Promptly update account information to keep it accurate and current
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Payment Terms

MintPages operates on a subscription basis with usage-based billing:

Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance
Usage charges (overages) are billed when thresholds are reached or at month-end
A valid payment method must be on file, even during trial periods
Failed payments may result in service suspension
Refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
Usage is counted in credits, as shown in your plan: visitors to your pages, bots we block, results sent to the destinations you connect, and Minty's AI actions. Every credit-using event is recorded in a ledger your team can inspect. A free action (for example a new team's first page) is listed at zero credits.
Only the owner of a payment account can change its plan, its card or who owns it

Invoices and Statements You Prepare

The Service can build invoices to your buyers and statements to your partners from your results, number them, make them into PDFs and record what was paid. These are your documents, between you and your buyer or partner. You're responsible for what they say, for any taxes and for collecting or paying what is owed. MintPages is not a party to them and does not hold or move money for them. Invoices you import from another platform are kept as you imported them.

5. Content Guidelines

You are responsible for all content you publish through the Service. You agree not to post content that:

Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
Violates any applicable laws or regulations
Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
Impersonates others or misrepresents your affiliation

Authors and Pen Names

If your team publishes author profiles, you must have each real person's permission to show their name, role, photo and bio on your public author pages. An author that is a pen name rather than a real person always carries a line saying so; you may reword that line but not remove it, and you may not present AI-written content as the work of a named real person who didn't write it.

Forms and Visitor Data

You decide what your forms ask visitors for and where the answers go. You're responsible for the consent wording on your forms, for the notices and consents your visitors' information requires, and for what the destinations you send it to do with it. The starter consent wording the Service offers is not legal advice.

6. Accounts You Connect and Data You Send

You can connect the Service to accounts you hold elsewhere: an ad platform's conversions API (such as Meta's), a tracking platform, a webhook, Amazon's Product Advertising API or your own AI provider key. When you do, you confirm that:

You're allowed to use that account and the credentials you store with us, and you'll keep them current and revoke them at the other service if you stop using MintPages. We store them encrypted.
You'll follow that service's terms, for example Meta's Business Tools terms and Amazon's Associates program rules, including any limits on the data you may send and the claims you may make.
You've given your visitors the notices and obtained the consents that the law and that service require for the data you send. We send only what you configure, to the account you name, on your instructions.
Only team owners and admins can connect, change or remove a destination.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MintPages and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

We may collect and use information about how the Service is used, including in combined and de-identified form, to operate, improve and develop the Service and its AI features. Combined, de-identified usage data is not your content and isn't covered by your content rights.

Stock photos you pick from Unsplash or Pexels stay under those services' licenses, are shown from their servers and carry the credit they ask for. Pictures Minty makes are generated by AI for your team. You're responsible for using every picture within its license and for the rights in anything you upload.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintPages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
