MintPages provides content page hosting and management tools for content creators and publishers. The Service allows users to create, publish, and manage content pages including articles, listicles, comparison pages, and landing pages. Users are solely responsible for their content and any monetization activities they choose to implement on their hosted pages.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly update account information to keep it accurate and current
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Payment Terms

MintPages operates on a subscription basis with usage-based billing:

  • Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance
  • Usage charges (overages) are billed when thresholds are reached or at month-end
  • A valid payment method must be on file, even during trial periods
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis

5. Content Guidelines

You are responsible for all content you publish through the Service. You agree not to post content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Impersonates others or misrepresents your affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MintPages and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintPages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
